At €100, this sits a bit above your €75 median but still inside the recent comparable band, and well below the €99 75th percentile it only nudges past on paper; in practice I’d call it fair-to-slightly ambitious, not a bargain. It’s not priced as a steal, but it also isn’t out of line for a clean example if the condition is truly excellent.
The appeal here is straightforward: these are respected wireless over-ears for everyday listening, with a user-friendly tuning and the kind of practical comfort that makes them easy to live with. If the pads, battery, and headband are in genuinely strong shape, the excellent condition matters more than chasing a lower ask, especially if it includes the original cable, case, or box.
Independent perspective — not a price guarantee. Always verify condition, accessories and provenance before purchase.
Teufel is a German audio brand with roots in Berlin, where it was founded in 1979 by Carl Teufel. Emerging during the heyday of home hi-fi enthusiasm, the company built its heritage on engineering-driven innovation, initially focusing on custom speaker designs that prioritized precision and dynamic sound reproduction for discerning listeners.
The brand excels in active speakers and soundbars, alongside wireless multi-room systems, headphones, and portable Bluetooth options. While not delving into amplifiers, turntables, DACs, or cables, Teufel emphasizes integrated solutions with built-in amplification and app-controlled streaming, catering to modern home entertainment setups.
Positioned as a mid-tier contender with premium aspirations, Teufel enjoys a strong reputation in Europe for delivering high-value performance—bold bass, spacious imaging, and robust build quality—that punches above its price point. It appeals to knowledgeable buyers seeking reliable, stylish hi-fi without ultra-high-end excess, holding a solid niche in the competitive consumer audio market.
