That said, if it’s genuinely the later very good example with clean cosmetics and verified working condition, it’s not absurdly priced so much as top-of-market.
What makes it worth considering is the CHT-12’s reputation as a solid, heavy-hitting 12-inch home-theater sub with good output for its size, and the line is generally appreciated for delivering plenty of bass without needing huge money.
