Ich bin seit vielen Jahren Zweitbesitzer des Gerätes und habe es sehr selten an einer Zweitanlage verwendet. Es wurden für den zukünftigen Eigentümer ein Paar neue, gematchte Röhren eingesetzt.
Das Gerät ist von dem renommierten Experten Stephan Horwege für über 1.300 € zusätzlich in der maximalen Ausbaustufe optimiert worden (siehe Aufkleber auf der Rückseite des Gerätes). Es sind in Parallelschaltung alleine Premium - Koppelkondensatoren für über 800 € verbaut (Mundorf Mcap Supreme Silver Oil / Mundorf Mcap EVO SilverGold Oil / Audyn True Copper Cap). Die Röhrenvorstufe spielt auf dem Niveau der Audio Research REFERENCE 5 SE.
