£1,200 is very ambitious against your recent used comps: it’s well above the £696 75th percentile and far beyond the £92 median, so this is not priced like a normal second-hand buy. Unless there’s something unusually included or rare here, it looks expensive rather than merely optimistic.
That said, this is a genuinely useful bit of kit: the UMIK-1 is widely liked because it gives you reliable calibrated measurement for room EQ, speaker setup, and sub integration with very little fuss. If the listing is truly excellent condition, with the original calibration file and all accessories, that supports confidence in the purchase—but not at this price.
