At kr 6,990 SEK, this is roughly in line with the current used market for a TPA 3026A, not a standout bargain but also not out of bounds. Recent asking prices I can find cluster around kr 6,990 SEK, kr 7,500–9,000 SEK equivalent, with some examples higher in Europe, so this sits near the lower-to-middle end of the going range for a presentable unit.
The reason to buy one is the sound and reputation: these Tandberg power amps are well-regarded for a strong, controlled, very listenable presentation, and the 150 W/ch spec gives plenty of headroom for real speakers. If the amp is clean, original, and fully working, it’s a sensible buy for someone who values classic Scandinavian engineering. At this price, I’d mainly want confirmation of stable operation, no channel imbalance, and evidence it hasn’t been hacked or recently “fixed” badly.
