A Naim Core is a pretty specialized but genuinely useful box, and A$2,040 looks strong against the going rate. New pricing is around A$3,199 to A$3,500, so this used ask sits well below half of retail and below what I’d expect for a clean example in Australia.
What makes it worthwhile is the no-fuss ripping and library management: bit-perfect CD ripper, solid internal storage, and a very tidy digital source feeding a Naim streamer or external DAC. Original-owner, mid-2019, “very little use” is exactly the kind of provenance you want here. Just confirm the hard drive health, included power lead, and whether any storage has been fitted, but on price and condition this reads like a proper buy.
