This is a 3 Pin - 3 Pin same as 5Pin- 5Pin Din Interconnect cable. Had it connected to Naim nd5xs2 to a SN2 and much preferred it over the standard grey one. Selling as upgraded to a Hiline.Very low hours and the cable is not even fully broken in. Comes with original box etc.Happy to post at buye...
The asking price of A$250 sits just above the median of A$241 from your 12 recent comparable AUD listings, making this a fair and honest deal rather than a bargain or an ambitious overprice. Since the listing notes the condition as AUD (likely implying Australian origin or standard used status), the price reflects a clean, well-maintained item without hidden deductions for wear or missing parts.
This Chord Company Chorus Reference DIN Cable is well-regarded for its balanced signal transfer and robust construction, especially in Naim-compatible DIN setups where quality interconnects are critical. Its original-owner condition and lack of noted accessories gaps suggest a low-risk buy for enthusiasts seeking reliable performance without the premium of new retail. At A$250, it’s a solid opportunity to secure a respected cable at market value.

The Chord Company, a British hi-fi cable specialist, traces its origins to 1985 in Salisbury, England, where founder Sally Kennedy—then Sally Gibb—began handcrafting interconnects in her kitchen. Sparked by a dinner conversation with Naim Audio retailers seeking quality DIN-to-RCA cables for the US market, she launched the venture with Naim's endorsement, emphasizing fully British design and construction. The company rapidly outgrew multiple facilities before settling into its purpose-built headquarters near Stonehenge in Wiltshire in 2004.
Chord focuses exclusively on audio cabling, producing an extensive range of speaker cables, interconnects, power cords, digital links, and tonearm wires. Its products prioritize neutrality, delivering signal paths that neither add nor subtract from the music, crafted by a team of music enthusiasts using high-quality, UK-sourced materials. This singular dedication sets it apart from broader electronics brands.
Renowned internationally as a high-end boutique leader in cables, Chord Company occupies a premium niche, balancing exceptional performance with value across budgets. Its reputation for transparency, build quality, and musical fidelity earns praise among discerning audiophiles, positioning it as a go-to for system upgrades without extravagant pricing.
