Excellent condition makes the €3,850 ask look firmly fair: it sits essentially on top of the €3,807 median and just above the €3,825 75th percentile, so this is not a bargain, but it is a sensible buy if the pair is genuinely clean and complete. For a well-regarded British standmount, that’s a reasonable place to land in today’s market.
That matters because these are admired for their natural midrange, easy musicality, and strong imaging rather than flashy hi-fi tricks, so a tidy example can be very rewarding long term. If the listing includes the original boxes, grilles, and matching stands or provenance from a careful owner, the value improves further; otherwise, the price still works, but there’s less room to negotiate.

Graham Audio, a family-owned British company founded in 2010 by Paul Graham, traces its roots to Devon in southwest England. With over two decades in professional audio—including recording, broadcasting, and live sound—Paul Graham sought to preserve the revered "BBC sound" as original monitors aged. After securing BBC permission, he revived these iconic designs from Newton Abbot, blending heritage with modern precision.
The brand specializes in hand-built monitor loudspeakers, notably BBC-licensed models like the LS3/5 and LS5/9. Using premium materials and contemporary components, Graham Audio crafts neutral, transparent speakers suited for studios, home listening rooms, and even prestigious venues such as the Royal Opera House. Their focus remains exclusively on these high-fidelity loudspeakers, eschewing amplifiers, turntables, or other categories.
Positioned as a niche boutique in the high-end market, Graham Audio commands respect among discerning audiophiles for authenticity and performance. Operating from a modest farmhouse, the small team delivers revealing sound that rivals modern rivals while honoring mid-20th-century engineering, appealing to collectors and professionals who prioritize realism over flash.
