Condition is unknown, so at US$65 this looks like a strong buy: it sits right at the 25th percentile and well below the US$96 median, with room to look like a bargain if it’s clean and complete. For this ART piece, that’s a very buyer-friendly ask rather than a stretch.
It’s a compact, well-liked MM/MC phono stage with cartridge loading and gain controls, so it punches above the typical “budget box” role and can be handy in a second system or for cartridge-swapping. The included power supply matters here, and if the unit is quiet with no scratchy controls or flaky switching, I’d treat it as a sensible grab at this price.

ART Precision does not appear to be a verifiable hi-fi audio brand. Extensive searches yield no confirmed details on its origin, products, or market position matching the query. References to similar names, such as ART Pro Audio (a pro recording and live sound brand founded in 1984 in Rochester, New York, by ex-MXR engineers, known for digital reverbs, mic preamps like the Tube MP, and now under Yorkville Sound), Acoustic Research (vintage high-end speakers and turntables from 1954, Cambridge, MA), Audio Precision (test instruments since 1984), or ART Loudspeakers (Scottish speakers from 1998), do not align with "ART Precision" as a consumer hi-fi entity focused on amplifiers, speakers, or related categories. Without high-confidence sources, specifics cannot be provided. Knowledgeable buyers should seek established brands with documented heritage.
