Offered is „Mini Basis Exclusive“ by ASR Audio Systeme as new device from the category „Phono Amplifier“ on audio-markt.de - the online market place for high-end. The advert with the number 1281894321 ends on 01.12.2026 at 15:04 o'clock.
Notable for its exceptionally quiet, transparent presentation, the ASR Basis Exclusive is a serious two-box phono stage rather than a merely upscale accessory. At €1,490, this listing is a strong bargain: it sits below the €1,648 25th-percentile mark and well under the €2,484 median from seven recent comparable listings. Assuming the stated condition is sound, the price is difficult to fault.
Its appeal lies in the very low noise floor, taut dynamics, precise imaging, and flexible MM/MC loading, with balanced and single-ended connectivity and two independently configurable inputs. The external battery supply is a meaningful part of the design, helping deliver its clean, unforced sound. Check that the battery system charges correctly, both inputs and outputs function, and the power-supply pack and cables are included; otherwise, this looks like an unusually good entry into a respected high-end phono stage.

ASR Audio Systems, based in Herborn, Germany, traces its roots to 1980 when Friedrich Schäfer founded the company, initially as ASR Audio Systeme Friedrich Schäfer. Schäfer, who remains the owner and chief designer, established the brand with a focus on meticulous engineering from the outset. By 1995, it had solidified under its current name, building a heritage of handcrafted components that prioritize sonic purity and longevity.
The brand specializes in high-end amplifiers, including iconic models like the Emitter I and II, which continue to anchor its catalog decades later. ASR's lineup emphasizes power amplifiers and integrated solutions known for their robust construction and dynamic performance, eschewing broader categories such as speakers, turntables, DACs, headphones, or cables.
ASR holds a revered position in the high-end hi-fi market as a niche boutique manufacturer, celebrated among audiophiles for exceptional sound characteristics and technical excellence. Its products command loyalty from discerning buyers seeking uncolored, impactful reproduction, often drawing comparisons to top-tier systems in showrooms worldwide.
