Offered is „Mini Basis Exclusive High Voltage“ by ASR Audio Systeme as new device from the category „Phono Amplifier“ on audio-markt.de - the online market place for high-end. The advert with the number 7402553012 ends on 01.12.2026 at 15:02 o'clock.
This is a buyer’s market for high-end phono stages: at €1,790, this ASR Basis Exclusive is a strong deal, sitting below the recent €1,644–€3,208 used range’s lower quartile threshold and well under the €2,476 median. It is priced to move rather than merely advertised optimistically.
The Basis Exclusive is well regarded for its exceptionally quiet, highly adjustable presentation, making it a serious partner for demanding moving-coil cartridges and revealing analogue front ends. Its battery-powered, physically separated design also helps keep noise and interference low. Check that the dedicated power supply, battery system, loading options, and original accessories are present and functioning, but assuming clean condition and a complete package, this is an unusually attractive opportunity rather than a routine fair buy.
Independent perspective — not a price guarantee. Always verify condition, accessories and provenance before purchase.
ASR Audio Systems, based in Herborn, Germany, traces its roots to 1980 when Friedrich Schäfer founded the company, initially as ASR Audio Systeme Friedrich Schäfer. Schäfer, who remains the owner and chief designer, established the brand with a focus on meticulous engineering from the outset. By 1995, it had solidified under its current name, building a heritage of handcrafted components that prioritize sonic purity and longevity.
The brand specializes in high-end amplifiers, including iconic models like the Emitter I and II, which continue to anchor its catalog decades later. ASR's lineup emphasizes power amplifiers and integrated solutions known for their robust construction and dynamic performance, eschewing broader categories such as speakers, turntables, DACs, headphones, or cables.
ASR holds a revered position in the high-end hi-fi market as a niche boutique manufacturer, celebrated among audiophiles for exceptional sound characteristics and technical excellence. Its products command loyalty from discerning buyers seeking uncolored, impactful reproduction, often drawing comparisons to top-tier systems in showrooms worldwide.
