I bought new in mid-2022 from Rio Sound & Vision, there is still 3 years warranty remaining, Rrp was $5,000 No scratches, chips or marks to the exterior, beautiful furniture grade mirror finish. All grills (magnetic) in excellent condition, one is as new, the other has one or two very slight pulls in the fabric, but hard to notice. Of course if you run without grills
