Wenig genutztes Headset, Verkauf wegen zu kurzem Kabel (ca. 1m). Kleine Macke im Futter (siehe Bild 3). UVP (neu): 99.99€
New, the wired HyperX Cloud III is currently around €100–€120, so €60 used is a fair price rather than a standout bargain. It sits exactly at the median of recent comparable listings, with €51 at the 25th percentile and €61 at the 75th, meaning the ask is well within the normal market range.
The Cloud III remains a worthwhile buy for comfortable long sessions: its light, memory-foam design, balanced sound, detachable boom mic, and improved build make it a solid successor to the Cloud II. The microphone is clear enough for gaming and calls, though not especially polished, and the treble can be a little lively. At this price, check that the boom mic, cable, USB controls, and ear pads are all present and working; with those accounted for, it is an easy fair-buy recommendation.

HyperX is a gaming peripheral brand that began in 2002 as Kingston Technology’s high-performance memory division in the United States, created to serve PC gamers and overclockers. Kingston, founded in 1987 by John Tu and David Sun, later sold HyperX to HP in 2021, and the brand now sits under HP’s gaming umbrella.
HyperX is best known for gaming headsets, especially its Cloud line, along with keyboards, mice, microphones, mousepads, and charging accessories for console players. It is not a traditional hi-fi brand: it does not have a core reputation for amplifiers, DACs, turntables, or speakers, and its audio products are aimed primarily at gaming rather than audiophile listening.
In the market, HyperX occupies the mainstream mid-tier to upper-budget space, with a strong reputation for comfort, sturdy build quality, and good microphones. It is widely recognized as a dependable value brand in gaming audio, rather than a high-end hi-fi or boutique specialist, and its appeal is strongest among players who want reliable performance rather than luxury-grade sound tuning.
