Excellent condition is a good sign here, but at A$1,100 this sits above the 75th percentile of the recent used comparables, so it reads as ambitious rather than a bargain. Against a typical used range centered around A$1,006, you’re paying a clear premium, and that only really makes sense if the set is unusually complete or the seller has added value in the form of pristine cosmetics, full packaging, or scarce extras.
That said, Solaris is well regarded for its big, immersive tuning, strong bass texture, and easy musicality, so a clean pair can be a very satisfying buy if you specifically want that Campfire house sound. If the tips, cable, and case are all included and the shells are genuinely mint, the premium is more defensible; if not, I’d wait or negotiate hard toward the median.
