Unless this example has unusually strong provenance or extras, the price looks rich rather than compelling.

If the condition is genuinely excellent and it’s been well cared for, the appeal is in the listening, not the spec sheet. I’d still want to see proof of service history and confirm the phonostage is healthy before paying near asking.
