Offered is „- Master 1. Fully balanced Class A pre-amplifier“ by Audio GD as second-hand device from the category „Transistor-Preamp“ on audio-markt.de - the online market place for high-end. The advert with the number 1180441639 ends on 27.11.2026 at 10:58 o'clock.
Should you jump on this, or is €900 too much for the used market? Against your own comps, it’s clearly ambitious: the asking price sits well above the €703 75th percentile and far above the €506 median, so this is not a bargain-priced listing.
That said, this line is well regarded as a fully balanced, Class A preamp with a serious, no-frills build and a reputation for strong drive, smoothness, and scale. If it’s genuinely clean, complete, and from careful ownership, the upside is in getting a flagship-tier piece without hunting forever; if not, I’d want stronger proof of condition and included accessories before paying a premium.
