Analog Manufaktur Germany was founded in 2011 by Werner Röschlau, a commercial pilot and master mechanical engineer whose dual expertise in precision mechanics and aeronautical engineering shaped the company's design philosophy. Based in Deining, Bavaria, AMG emerged from Röschlau's prior work as a supplier to the high-end turntable industry, where he developed his signature dual-pivot tonearm bearing system.
