Virtually brand new Oppo UDP 205 for sale. This is in excellent/VIRTUALLY mint condition in original packaging and with bag, remote and manual. This has barely had 6 DVDs and a few CDs played from new. It has spent the last 5 years in its box in a nice warm centrally heated non-smoking home.
This is a slightly ambitious asking price for the current UK used market, but not wildly off for a clean example. At £2,250, it sits just above the £2,129 median and a touch over the £2,270 75th percentile, so it’s priced toward the top of the recent range rather than sitting in bargain territory.
That still makes sense for a well-regarded disc player/processors like this, especially in excellent condition and with cables/accessories included, which can save hassle and added cost. The appeal here is the combination of serious build quality, strong universal-disc performance, and long-term desirability among collectors and two-channel/home-theatre buyers. I’d call it a buy if the unit is genuinely tidy and fully complete; just don’t expect much negotiation room at this level.
