Offered is „wooden base for power distributors“ by KBL Sound as second-hand device from the category „Device-Base“ on audio-markt.de - the online market place for high-end. The advert with the number 3734176644 ends on 28.11.2026 at 14:03 o'clock.
In good condition, €150 is a strong deal: it sits well below the €763 25th-percentile mark from six recent comparable listings, against a €1,222 median. The exact model fit still matters, but on the available market evidence this is bargain territory rather than merely fair pricing.
This is a purpose-built, solid-wood platform for KBL’s RPD power distributors, made to decouple the unit from the supporting surface and provide the correct foot locations. It is a worthwhile accessory if you already own a compatible RPD-5 or RPD-6, particularly since the base is substantial and not a generic slab. Before buying, confirm the length matches your distributor—RPD-5 and RPD-6 bases differ—and check that the four locating recesses and underside felt pads are intact.

KBL Sound, a Polish high-end audio brand, was founded in 2013 by Robert Szczerbowski, drawing on his extensive background in professional music production, studio recording, live gigs, and home audio experimentation. This heritage reflects a relentless pursuit of authentic sound reproduction, free from the compromises of mass production. From its inception, the company has emphasized handcrafted excellence, evolving from early innovations to technically advanced offerings that prioritize sonic purity.
The brand specializes in premium audio cables and accessories, including its flagship Himalaya II series for signal and power transmission, the top-tier EXtrema USB for digital connections, and specialized links like the XDMI for high-resolution setups.
