Notable for combining a genuinely powerful balanced amplifier with DAC, preamp, DSP, and multiple headphone outputs, the DHA15 is a substantial all-in-one rather than a basic desktop converter. At A$634, though, this listing is ambitious: your 18-comparable sample has a A$70 median and A$199 75th percentile, placing this price far beyond the typical used market. It only makes sense if this is effectively new, fully warranted, or bundled unusually well.
The hardware is appealing: dual CS43198 conversion, very high output capability for demanding planars, near-zero headphone output impedance, balanced 4.4mm and 4-pin XLR connections, plus RCA/XLR connectivity and a remote. Those features make it versatile and future-proof, but they do not overcome the pricing gap. Confirm the exact model, Australian warranty, box, remote, USB cable, power lead, and flawless operation; otherwise, a buyer should negotiate hard or wait for a much cheaper example.
