GoldenEar Technology Triton One Floorstanding Loudspeakers Hi all.   Bought these speakers new in 2015, however, they have only performed duty in a home theatre setup since I lost my audio listening space and sold all my stereo gear.  It is time to get rational, I don't need these grand speakers in an otherwise mid-level HT setup. They are in excellent working condition. They are lovely articulate speakers with a 1600watt sub in each speaker. A$5,170 is ambitious for a Triton One: the model launched at about A$7,730 per pair at the original US list price, but the used market benchmark from the model’s historical USD pricing puts this closer to a strong but not bargain level unless local demand is unusually hot. At that money, I’d want clean cosmetics, fully working built-in bass amps, and proof they’ve been properly cared for.

That said, these are still a genuinely respected full-range tower: the powered bass section, high sensitivity, and ribbon tweeter give them scale, speed, and deep bass that can make smaller boxes sound thin. If the pair is complete and trouble-free, this is a serious one-box solution for a big room, and original-owner condition with boxes/manuals would add real value.
