Good condition at €69 makes this a genuine bargain: it matches the recent comparable-listing median, but sits below the €66–€97 middle-market range only by a small margin? More precisely, it is just above the 25th-percentile €66 and well below the €97 75th percentile, so the price is firmly fair and attractive rather than merely average. For a clean pair with working electronics and complete accessories, there is little reason to haggle hard.
The Stereo L is a substantial active floorstander with integrated amplification, network streaming, and a three-way design using carbon woofers. It offers room-filling scale, strong bass, and the convenience of a complete system without a separate amplifier. At this money, the main checks are practical: confirm both speakers connect reliably, the app or network functions as expected, and the remote, cables, and any proprietary parts are present. If those basics are covered, this is an easy recommendation.
Independent perspective — not a price guarantee. Always verify condition, accessories and provenance before purchase.
Teufel is a German audio brand with roots in Berlin, where it was founded in 1979 by Carl Teufel. Emerging during the heyday of home hi-fi enthusiasm, the company built its heritage on engineering-driven innovation, initially focusing on custom speaker designs that prioritized precision and dynamic sound reproduction for discerning listeners.
The brand excels in active speakers and soundbars, alongside wireless multi-room systems, headphones, and portable Bluetooth options. While not delving into amplifiers, turntables, DACs, or cables, Teufel emphasizes integrated solutions with built-in amplification and app-controlled streaming, catering to modern home entertainment setups.
Positioned as a mid-tier contender with premium aspirations, Teufel enjoys a strong reputation in Europe for delivering high-value performance—bold bass, spacious imaging, and robust build quality—that punches above its price point. It appeals to knowledgeable buyers seeking reliable, stylish hi-fi without ultra-high-end excess, holding a solid niche in the competitive consumer audio market.
