This is a strong deal at £105. It sits well below the £189 25th-percentile figure from 120 comparable listings, and far under the £355 median, so the price looks distinctly bargain territory for a tested, working example rather than merely cheap for a reason.
The HA-104M is a versatile older Meridian amplifier/mixer, offering multiple inputs and useful power for a small PA, rehearsal room, presentations, or straightforward background audio. At this money, its practical flexibility is the main attraction: a working unit can be genuinely useful without demanding much investment. Confirm that every input, channel, control, and output behaves properly under load, and check that the mains lead and any proprietary connections are present, but those are sensible checks rather than reasons to pass.
