Offered is „Tonarm 10.5 - Neuwertig“ by Brinkmann Audio as second-hand device from the category „Tone Arm“ on audio-markt.de - the online market place for high-end. The advert with the number 7043885042 ends on 26.12.2026 at 15:45 o'clock.
The timing matters less than the condition here: the 10.5 remains Brinkmann’s established 10.5-inch gimballed arm rather than an obsolete oddity. At €2,900, this is a strong deal—well below the €3,908 25th-percentile asking price and dramatically under the €7,589 median from 21 recent comparable listings.
It is a particularly worthwhile buy if the mounting geometry suits your deck: the 244 mm pivot-to-spindle distance and roughly 12 g dynamic mass make it compatible with a broad range of modern cartridges. Its fixed headshell, precise double-gimbal bearings, hydraulic lift, adjustable VTA, and low-friction magnetic anti-skate are all serious strengths. Confirm that the counterweight, tools, standard 5-pin cable, and mounting hardware are included, but a genuinely near-new example at €2,900 looks like an easy recommendation.

Brinkmann Audio traces its origins to 1985 in Germany, when Helmut Brinkmann founded the company after selling his stake in Audiolabor, where he had developed acclaimed products like the Konstant turntable. Fans urged him to continue his innovations, leading to Brinkmann's debut with the legendary Balance turntable—a design still in continuous production today. Handcrafted entirely from German parts in Germany, the brand embodies Helmut's relentless pursuit of the "perfect illusion" of musical playback, rooted in engineering simplicity and enduring quality.
The company specializes in high-end analog components, renowned for its exceptional turntables, tonearms, and phono preamplifiers, with past offerings including phono cartridges. Brinkmann has expanded into electronics, producing preamplifiers, power amplifiers, and integrated amplifiers to complete the audio chain, while designing and manufacturing every element in-house for seamless synergy.
Positioned firmly in the ultra-high-end market, Brinkmann commands a cult following among discerning audiophiles for its refined German craftsmanship and uncompromising performance. It stands as a niche boutique icon, delivering magical, lifelike sound that elevates vinyl and digital playback to reference levels, appealing to collectors and perfectionists who demand the pinnacle of hi-fi artistry.
