Offered is „Amati Standlautsprecher“ by Brinkmann Audio as second-hand device from the category „Standing Speaker“ on audio-markt.de - the online market place for high-end. The advert with the number 886689307 ends on 23.12.2026 at 06:51 o'clock.
At €4,800, this sits well below the €7,001 median and even under the €4,408 25th percentile for recent comparable used listings, so it reads as a strong deal rather than merely fair. Against the broader used market, you’re buying at a clear discount to the typical ask, with enough room that a clean example still looks attractively priced.
That makes it appealing for the usual Brinkmann strengths: refined, high-end German engineering, careful voicing, and the sort of authoritative, low-fatiguing presentation that tends to reward good amplification and setup. If the speakers are genuinely good condition, this is the kind of listing that can be a very satisfying buy for someone who wants serious performance without paying top-quartile money.
Independent perspective — not a price guarantee. Always verify condition, accessories and provenance before purchase.
Brinkmann Audio traces its origins to 1985 in Germany, when Helmut Brinkmann founded the company after selling his stake in Audiolabor, where he had developed acclaimed products like the Konstant turntable. Fans urged him to continue his innovations, leading to Brinkmann's debut with the legendary Balance turntable—a design still in continuous production today. Handcrafted entirely from German parts in Germany, the brand embodies Helmut's relentless pursuit of the "perfect illusion" of musical playback, rooted in engineering simplicity and enduring quality.
The company specializes in high-end analog components, renowned for its exceptional turntables, tonearms, and phono preamplifiers, with past offerings including phono cartridges. Brinkmann has expanded into electronics, producing preamplifiers, power amplifiers, and integrated amplifiers to complete the audio chain, while designing and manufacturing every element in-house for seamless synergy.
Positioned firmly in the ultra-high-end market, Brinkmann commands a cult following among discerning audiophiles for its refined German craftsmanship and uncompromising performance. It stands as a niche boutique icon, delivering magical, lifelike sound that elevates vinyl and digital playback to reference levels, appealing to collectors and perfectionists who demand the pinnacle of hi-fi artistry.
